The planned area of Guizhou Guanling Fossil National Geopark is 86 square kilometers.

The buried fossils in Guizhou Guanling Fossil National Geopark were formed about 220 million years ago. Guizhou Guanling Fossil National Geopark includes the main scenic area, the service area and other scenic spots. The Guanling National Geological Park has preserved many intact and beautiful fossils.
