The 2015 "Shangrou Cup" Guangxi Elderly Taiji Softball Interchange Activity ended after two days on the afternoon of June 18, local media reported.

A total of 26 teams won prizes in the compulsory and optional exercise contests. Pan Lihuan, routine vice chairman of Guangxi Elderly Athletic Association, presented prizes to the winners.

The organizer chose the Nanning Railway Bureau Delegation to participate in the national Taiji softball interchange activity on behalf of Guangxi.

The Taiji softball is an emerging sports event with national characteristics. It integrates features of ball games with the Tai Chi culture. The racket of the game looks like a battledore and the ball shape seems like a tennis ball. It can be used to keep fit, perform, compete and entertain.
