From June 22 to 29, 2015, Jiang Xiaobing, Vice President and chief Engineer of CGGC paid visits to Ecuador and Argentina for inspection. During his visits, he met with Ecuadorian Electric Power Minister Esteban and Argentinean Planning Minister Devito.
Jiang Xiaobing also paid a site visit to Nestor Kirchner-Jorge Cepernic Hydropower Project in Argentina. He required the Project Department to strengthen communication with the Owner and Engineer to get approval of environment assessment and design at the soonest time, meanwhile enhance coordination with partners to ensure commencement conditions for main building construction before this September.
