East China's Fujian province reported six human infections of H7N9 bird flu in December, Strait News reported on Jan 8, quoting the provincial health authority.
Two of the cases were found in Ximan, one in Fuqing, while details of the other three haven’t been disclosed by the authorities.
A total of 11,363 cases of A, B infectious diseases were reported in the province, resulting in 19 deaths.
The top five diseases in terms of incidence were viral hepatitis, syphilis, gonorrhea, tuberculosis and HIV.
