The group aims to help disabled people in six poor villages in Pingnan, including Houlong village and Kaiyuan village. Ninety assistant tools, such as wheelchairs and mobility aids, were given away to 60 disabled people on that day.

Local officials organized the disabled to come to the doctors for consultation and rehabilitation guidance. Technicians went to the houses of the disabled who were unable to get to the special service by themselves.
