1. The Project Management Program for the International Horticultural Exposition of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an was arranged by internationally renowned exhibition institution JCOM. Nanba Tetsuaki, Chairman of JCOM, serves as General Counsel of the Organizing Committee of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an and Special Adviser to the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an.

2. The Exposition Site Plan for the International Horticultural Exposition of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an was completed under the guidance of Zhou Jian, Dean of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University, Shanghai.

3. Landscape design for the exposition site of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an was completed under the supervision of KOBAYASHI HARUTO, a chief horticultural master from Japan and landscape designer for the AICHI EXPO.

4. Design for the supporting facilities of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an was completed under the joint supervision of Ma Qingyun, a famous Chinese-American (from Xi'An) architect and Dean of the Institute of Architecture of the University of Southern California, and Liu Kecheng, Dean of the College of Architecture of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering such as Zhou Ganzhi, Meng Zhaozhen and Zhang Jinqiu, Dean of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University Zhuang Weimin, and famous planning experts such as Han Ji and Lv Renyi, all attended the design review.

5. Chang'an Tower, one of the Four Main Buildings of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an, was designed by Zhang Jinqiu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

6. The Greenhouse, the Theme Pavilion, and the Guangyun Entrance, three of the Four Main Buildings of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an, were designed by Eva, global leader of Landscape Urbanism and chief designer from the British company, Plasma.

7. The design of Romance by the Ba River, one of the Three Characteristic Zones of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an, was directed by Liu Kecheng, Dean of the College of Architecture of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.

8. The Southeast Asian Street and European Avenue are the other two zones of the Three Characteristic Zones of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an. Their design was directed by Song Yanyan, Senior Engineer of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University.

9. The International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an has set up 9 Master Gardens to show off the distinguishing features of horticultural exposition at their best. This is the first time in the history of the International Horticultural Exposition. These gardens are respectively designed by Martha Schwartz, the leading figure in the field of garden landscape in the United States, Eelco Hooftman, winner of the Architecture Award of the Royal Society, Martin Cano, the representative of German avant-garde style, etc., whose works represent the highest standards of various schools in the world.

10. A number of main landscape sculptures of the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an are designed by well-known international and domestic artists such as Sheng Shanshan, Wang Jianzhong, Chen Shaohua, Chen Yungang, Ren Jun, and Heather Jansch. Their works will further richen the cultural experience and add ornamental value at the International Horticultural Exposition 2011 Xi'an.
