Abstract: The report Equitable Access to Sustainable Development: Contribution to the Body of Scientific Knowledge (EASD) is an explanation of the equity principle. It states that equity is crucial to constructing the future global climate regime and that only a global climate regime perceived to be equitable can be accepted and implemented by all parties. The report collects perspectives from experts on the basic ideas and implementation of Equitable Access to Sustainable Development. All parties involved can refer to it to establish negotiation strategies, and other researchers can also use it as reference.
