Zhao Changwen, director-general of the Enterprise Research Institute of the DRC, led a research group to Shanghai from September 10 to 11, with the aim of conducting research concerning the reduction of overcapacity. Ma Shuping, Xiang Anbo and Zhou Yan took part in the research.
