The Beijing company, the only authorized maker of the models, told the court it found Feipengda was selling copies based on its design without authorization. The Beijing Higher People's Court recently ruled that Shenzhen-headquartered Feipengda Manufacturing Co., must stop making and selling models of the J-10 fighter jet, one of the country's most advanced home-developed military aircraft, and pay Beijing Zhonghang Zhicheng Technology Co 430,000 yuan (68,760US dollars) in compensation.
