Selected Chinese Patent Cases: Translated into English

Recently, the Commercial Press, the first modern publishing organization in China, launched a cultural exchange program which is funded by national finance, to publish English versions of new Chinese legal publications worldwide enhancing international communication towards law issues.

Being the first published book in this program, Selected Chinese Patent Cases helps international readers acquire a basic understanding of current patent protection in China, particularly the related Chinese institutional structure and legal principles.

It gives a detailed and systematic introduction of Chinese patent law and cases. The chief editor is Justice Luo Dongchuan, who is the Chief Judge and President of the Fourth Civil Division of Chinese Supreme People's Court.

More importantly, all the twenty milestone cases in the book are commented by the senior IP judges who personally heard and decided these cases.

The English version of Selected Chinese Patent Cases has recently been published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business. It is now available at Amazon.
