Liability of minors for tort
According to the provisions of Tort Liability Law, for damage caused by any person without the capacity of civil conduct or with limited capacity of civil conduct, the guardian shall bear tort liability. If the guardian has fulfilled his guardian duties, his tort liability may be mitigated. Where any person without the capacity of civil conduct or with limited capacity of civil conduct causes damage to another person and has property, the compensation shall be paid from his property; and his guardian shall make up any deficit of the compensation.
