Liu Haibo, Researcher at the Institute of Policy and Management at the Chinese Academy of Sciences |
Liu Haibo obtained his doctorate through a joint-education program between the Chinese and Japanese governments. He was also postdoctoral researcher in applied economics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He served as a special researcher at the National Institute of Science and Technology Policy (NISTEP) in Japan and a visiting researcher at the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) in the Republic of Korea.
Liu currently serves as researcher at the Institute of Policy and Management at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhongguancun's intellectual property consultant, adjunct professor at Beijing University of Technology, director of the Japan Economy Association, and director of the China Written Works Copyright Society.
Liu's research is mainly in the field of policy process, technology management and business intellectual property rights. He has published many research works, including Decisions on the Destiny of the Country, On Technology Management, Strategies and Applications of Patent Commercialization (co-authored).
