During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, it will focus on establishing effective development systems and cultivate a professional team for civil aircraft technology research. It hopes to make achievements in key technologies and create a strong technical foundation for civil aircrafts in order to contribute to China’s independent civil aircraft innovation, research and development system construction, technology reserves and application, and key technological breakthroughs.
