What's your personal dream?

I hope when my son grows up, his world will be better than ours and he will feel happier.

What's your take on the Chinese Dream? How is it related to your dream?

The Chinese dream is composed of numerous personal dreams of Chinese people like me.

How have you built trust and cooperation with locals to achieve a common goal?

First, we share the same value and mission to help those special children. Second we share the ownership of the organization.

What's the biggest lesson you've learned working with others on this program?

Don't assume everybody will agree with you. What we do is raise awareness of autistic kids, and children with other special problems, so as to help them.

How have you changed since you took on this job?

My family has had to bear major economic pressures. I don't need the alarm to wake me up in the morning any longer.

What will China be like in 20 years?

I'm optimistic that the society will be largely improved, even if we can not maintain the high speed of economic development.
