Members of the Beijing chapter of Les Clefs d'Or, also known by its English name Golden Key, gathered at the Jiuhua Resort and Convention Center for the local chapter of the global hospitality organization's first congress in January.

All new managerial personnel were present, including Zhao Qing, deputy secretary of golden Key China headquarters, as well as Li Gang, advisor and trainer of Golden Key China, and many hotel general managers. A total of 145 guests attended the annual congress, and China Daily was exclusively invited to the event as the guest of honor.

Lu Jun, the recently elected chief representative of Golden Key China Beijing and Li Zesheng, the general secretary of Golden Key China, gave inspiring speeches during the congress. In their speeches, they both emphasized the great significance of Golden Key's development in the nation's capital city and also stressed the necessity of gathering the members around the region annually.

The speeches were rather heartwarming and inspirational. Every Golden Key member has been in the industry for many years and is carefully selected by the organization. Many members expressed their deep gratitude for the rare opportunity they were given to gather with so many elites from the hotel industry at an event like this.

The congress also gave all the members a chance to meet and greet new managerial personnel. It was another great platform for networking and the deepening of relationships among the members. At the event, many members volunteered to participate in entertaining activities and team-building exercises that reflected the themes of the congress.
