Ethnic minority groups attend the NPC annual session
Delegates representing ethnic minority groups wear traditional costumes as they walk out of the Great Hall of the People after Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo delivered the work report of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee during the second plenary session of the NPC in Beijing March 9, 2009.
