In a recent Grazia magazine poll, Nicole Richie placed second in a best-dressed poll, with Mischa Barton taking top honors. Elle Macpherson placed third, followed by Kate Bosworth, Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and Sienna Miller.
