Yi Lianhong, the Party chief of Changsha, the capital city of Central China's Hunan province, said that Changsha county should endeavor itself into a sub-center of the capital city Changsha.

Yi made this statement to the Changsha county delegation during the group discussion meetings of the Third Session of the 14th Changsha Municipal People's Congress held on Jan 22.

Changsha county should take the lead in six aspects to stand out as a sub-center of Changsha both in economic and urban terms, he said, adding that the six aspects cover projects construction, urban-rural integrated development, urban quality, further reform, improvement of people's well-being, and strictly running the Party.
