On November 10, the commencement ceremony for Aoyue Ice and Snow Fairyland was held at Yunlong Demonstration Zone of Zhuzhou. Austrian Consul General in Guangzhou Dietmar Schwank attended the ceremony.

Hunan Aoyue Ice and Snow Fairyland, jointly funded by AST (China), an Austrian professional ice and snow operator, and Zhuzhou State-owned Assets Investment Holding Group, is the first ice and snow thematic park with professional investment and large-scale operation in China. The park provides original and innovative services, including indoor skiing, snow playing , skating, a curling hall, on-ice art performance, resort hotels in Austrian style and a business street. It is a sports and cultural tourism wonderland that integrates entertainment, fitness, leisure, shopping, catering and accommodation. 

Located to the east of Huaqiang Road of Yunlong Demonstration District of Zhuzhou and south of Yunfeng Avenue (east of Fantawild Adventure), Aoyue Ice and Snow Fairyland covers a total construction area of 160,000 square meters, with the body building of the indoor skiing thematic park reaching 120,000 square meters and involving a total investment of over one billion yuan.

 China's first large-scale ice and snow thematic park is settled in Zhuzhou.
