The Shanghai Gallery of Art has unveiled its latest exhibition, titled Maitreya Karuna and Prajna. The exhibit, designed to display several artists' artworks, features a piece by Zheng Lu, titled Revelation, which portrays a three-meter-high Buddha made out of a crystal-like texture. The Buddha, which is one of many artworks on display, is made out of more than 3,500 stainless steel scriptures from the Diamond Sutra. The hollowed-out scriptures emit rays of light and create an amazing visual sight.
