A touring charity concert titled Belt and Road has been launched in Beijing recently.

Initiated by Mytopia Public Welfare, a Guangzhou-based company, the touring concert will visit nearly 20 cities on the Chinese mainland from June to December, including Xi'an, Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, offering free performances for left-behind children, elderly people and retired disabled soldiers in those cities.

The performance will feature classical music, pop music, acrobatics and dance drama.

According to Tang Enhao, president of Mytopia Public Welfare, the touring concert project is three years in the making. The aim is to offer emotional support and care for those underprivileged people.
