A ceremony to celebrate the brewing of yellow rice wine is held in Shaoxing, East China's Zhejiang province, on Nov 8, 2015, also the 19th solar term--the Beginning of Winter. As winter begins, it comes to the best season of a year for brewing rice wine in Shaoxing.
