Presidents also pledge support for third joint project
China and Singapore signed three cooperation agreements in Beijing on Friday as leaders of the two nations pledged to elevate their 25-year-old diplomatic relationship to a higher level.
They also promised their support for establishing a government-to-government project in the less-developed western region of China, a follow-up to the two countries' earlier flagship joint projects in Tianjin and in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.
