Preliminary investigations point to short circuit as cause of blaze
SEOUL - Four Chinese sailors were on Friday killed in a fire on a cargo ship flying a Cambodian flag off the Republic of Korea's (ROK) southeast coast, said Chinese consular officials.
Nine crew members - eight Chinese and one from Myanmar - were on board at the time. Five were rescued.
