US envoy still going to DPRK

SINGAPORE: A naval skirmish this week between the two Koreas will not affect Washington's decision to send a senior diplomat to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said yesterday.
