COSCO to rely on sea force off Somalia

China's largest shipping company COSCO has ordered all of its vessels to seek the protection of warships while in Somali waters after pirates attacked one of its ships this week.

The New Legend Honor had reportedly left the protection of Chinese warships in the Gulf of Arden before it was targeted by pirates on Monday.

After a tense, 25-minute chase, the ship eluded the pirates.
