President of PICC under probe for suspected disciplinary violation
BEIJING -- Wang Yincheng, president of the People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited (PICC), has been under investigation for a suspected "serious disciplinary violation," the top disciplinary body of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said on Thursday.
According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, Wang is also vice chairman of the board of directors of the PICC and deputy secretary of the CPC Committee of the PICC.
