Bloomberg: What to watch at China's NPC

Bloomberg listed more than 10 topics to watch at China's NPC.

They are:

_ 7.5 percent, 7 percent, 7-7.5 percent or no GDP target?

_ What will Mr. Renminbi say about the yuan?

_ Will another Tiger fall?

_ Workers of the world, spend!

_ Local governments surrender financing rights. Now what?

_ A larger deficit?

_ 'Under the Dome' smog and harsher environmental rules?

_ New ideas on old reforms of state companies and land?

_ Silk Road, and others

_ PBOC shake up. How high will it go?

_ Unknown Unknowns.

Will China announce plans to merge State players in the oil, construction or shipbuilding industries? What about a new blueprint for energy use? Or will birth control policies be further relaxed to encourage more babies? There's enough known knowns, known unknowns and unknown unknowns to keep even Donald Rumsfeld (who famously coined those phrases) busy.
