University alumni launch WeChat account

The Alumni Association of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, which is based in Wuhan of Hubei province, said that it has launched a WeChat public account to facilitate exchanges between alumni and business leaders.

The announcement was made during a forum on the mixed-ownership model, held in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province, on Sunday, which was organized by the alumni association.

Business leaders - including Dong Mingzhu, president of home appliance manufacturer Gree Electric Appliances Inc, and Liang Yunchao, president of By-Health, a producer of health foods - spoke about the mixed ownership economy during the forum.
