BEIJING - China and Arab countries will map out cooperation plans to promote their relations through the upcoming sixth ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum (CASCF).
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei told a regular press briefing that China believed the meeting will achieve its goals and take the China-Arab strategic partnership of cooperation to a new high.
The sixth ministerial meeting will be held in Beijing on June 5. Foreign ministers, representatives of China and Arab countries, as well as Secretary-general of the League of Arab States Nabil Elaraby will attend the meeting.
Delegates will discuss forum building, China-Arab relations, substantial cooperation in all areas and international and regional issues of common concern.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the CASCF.
