Large Medium SmallCharitable organizations should be allowed to make money and they should be supervised on using the money for public welfare, said Zhao Chao, deputy to the National People’s Congress.
Zhao said that in order to standardize and promote the development of philanthropy, a low on charities should be formulated as soon as possible.
