Russian "Zhinu" and Chinese "Niulang" at Zuohai Park, Fuzhou, Fujian province on Aug 18. Qixi Festival is also known as Chinese Valentine's Day falls on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month and this year it is on Aug 23.
