7.25 million World Expo tickets sold

More than seven million tickets for the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai have been sold, Shanghai World Expo Organizer spokesman Xu Wei said at a press conference on Monday, according to Xinhua.

Seventy million visitors are expected at next year’s Expo, with about 3.5 million visitors from overseas, Xu said.
