The measure of success for China includes a transformation and realization of a government that must stress pluralism, shades of liberty and free movement of capitalistic endeavors, and a national environmental initiative of vision.

China must continue to distribute wealth from the coastal regions to the hinterlands, webbing wealth, identity and inclusion into the fabric of China's surging economy.

As the coffers of China's wealth increases, China must continue to invest in social structures, infrastructures, intellectual capital, an economy deep in technology, and sustainable environmental practices.

The measure of China's strength must not be blinded or wooed by the surging economy, a rising economy cannot be sustained in perpetuity. China's true strength will be its ability to manage an economy that slows to a trickle.
