Presidents of Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Kenya and Mali arrive in Beijing

BEIJING - Cameroonian President Paul Biya arrived here on Thursday for the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.

Biya's last visit to China was in 2003.

A total of 48 African countries that have diplomatic relations with China are to participate in the two-day summit, which is scheduled to start on Nov. 4.

China and Cameroon established diplomatic ties on March 26, 1971, and bilateral trade totaled 197 million US dollars in 2005.
