Workers are busy fixing auto parts on the assembly line in the
factory of JAC. The Chinese Brand Promotion tour visited Anhui Jianghuai
Automobile Co., Ltd. (JAC) as part of activities of the stop in Hefei August 3,
2006. JAC, founded in 1997, now manufactures whole serial commercial
vehicles, Refine MPV, 6-12 meters bus chassis and gear-box. Now it has an annual
production capacity of more than 200,000 vehicles. In 2005, the sale of JAC auto
was over 150,000, the sale income of auto achieved 9.5 billion yuan with 21.96%
profit rate. JAC has become rare auto company maintaining an appropriate rapid
