However shopping online from overseas is far from fuss-free, the process is more complex than shopping domestically since Customs is involved. Behind the steep discounts and bargains lie buyer's remorse, endless waiting and quality problems.
"When I first started buying stuff overseas, I bought a sweater for pregnant mothers on Amazon US," said Lu, a veteran overseas buyer. "My baby was two weeks old when the sweater arrived."
