According to China's securities regulator, measure of the A-share IPO reform will be implemented in stages and four measures would be taken in the first stage. The four measures include:

1, Improving price inquiry and subscription.

2, Limiting subscription channels to either the Internet or through agents - but prohibits investors from using both. Institutional investors were before permitted to use both outlets.

3, Setting the maximum subscription amount for each investor who subscribes on the Internet. The new rules will reduce the amount of money frozen by new IPOs.
