Hong Kong stocks close 0.14% slightly higher

Hong Kong stocks went up 25.35 points, or 0.14 percent to close at 18,203.40 on Friday.

Turnover moved down to HK$54.29 billion($7.01 billion) from Thursday's HK$68.38 billion($8.83 billion).
