The deal, if clinched, would make Neusoft the country's largest outsourcing company with over 20,000 employees.

Liu Jiren, founder and chairman of Neusoft, said earlier this month that he expected the company's profit to increase more than 20 percent this year despite the global economic slowdown.

It was reported that DHC originally planned to get listed independently but gave up this effort due to the financial crisis.

Shares in Neusoft were suspended on the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting today.
