China Aviation Industry Corporation II (AVIC II) is a state-owned corporation established after the restructure of the former Aviation Industries of China.

AVIC II owns 81 subordinate industrial enterprises, research institutes and other organizations (including 50 percent shares of CATIC).

Its main business scope covers the development and production of aero-products for both military and civil applications, which include helicopter, transporter, trainer, attacker, general aircraft, UAVs and their related engines and airborne equipment, etc. AVIC II is also famous for its non-aero products including automobiles, motorcycles, jigs and measure gauges. Brands, such as "Songhuajiang", "Changhe", "Hanjiang" mini-vans; "Nanfang" and "Hongdu" motorcycles and "Dongan" engines are widely known.
