NDRC: 20 billion yuan for technological upgrading

The National Development and Reform Commission said the country will allocate a fund of 20 billion yuan ($2.93 billion) to promote technological transformation of enterprises.

The government will set up a number of service platforms for technological innovation and accelerate extensive application of domestically developed technologies and products.
