The Xinxiang Economic Development Area

Its major industries include pharmaceuticals, chemicals, vibration machinery and printing, besides eco-tourism.

For the 11th Five-Year Plan period (2006-10), 190,000 sq m have been earmarked for the manufacture of vibration machine.

This area is endowed with 60 km of roads, three 110 KV power sub-stations, two thermo power units and two cargo railway stops.

Xinxiang Paper Products Area

This area has been designated as a key industrial area in the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-10). It covers pulp, paper products and related industries, besides logistics and entertainment.

The area is home to 239 enterprises and has 40 km roads, one waste-water treatment plant, one water supply plant, one 220 KV power sub-station, two 110 KV power sub-stations, three thermo power units and one hospital.

Dazhaoying Industrial Area

As an important part of the Xinxiang Economic Development Area, the Dazhaoying Industrial Area has three functional areas for industries, trade and eco-living.

Its major industries include light textile, digitalized machinery and refinery chemistry.

Cotton textile is a key product of its light textile industry. The products of the digitalized machinery are auto parts, fine equipment, and products of its refinery chemistry are raw materials for color printing.

Forty-three enterprises have now been set up in the area and 110,000 sq m have been earmarked for the Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises Area and Hi-tech Enterprises Area.

It has 20 km of roads, well-developed water supplies, one hospital and one middle school.

Guguzhai Industrial Area

This is an important part of the Xinxiang Economic Development Area.

Its key industries are light textiles, construction material, clothing and machinery processing.

It is home to 15 enterprises and has 18 km of roads, well-developed water supplies, one 220 KV power sub-station, one middle school, one traditional Chinese hospital and one cargo railway stop.
