The 60th anniversary of Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB) arrived in October. As a part of the celebrations, the 2nd CUEB International Culture Festival opened on campus on Oct 16. Overseas students from more than 40 countries presented culture exhibitions and performances.

In recent years, CUBE has prioritized international education, signing cooperation agreements with 110 universities and colleges from Hong Kong, Taiwan and 23 countries, including the University of Chicago, University of California and Université de Toulouse.
CUEB steadily raises the educational level for international students and creates more opportunities for its students to study abroad. During the Twelfth Five-Year plan period，441 students took part in a university exchange or summer program to study abroad, a 16 percent growth from the previous five-year period. Since the Summer International School opened in 2013, nearly 500 students have enrolled in 19 courses taught in English.
CUEB also lends full support to the faculty to participate in global academic exchanges and high-level international conferences.
