A Bulgarian visitor said the display made the distance between cities smaller and that she now wants to visit Beijing, a city far from Sophia.

At the entrance of the intangible heritage exhibition area, four intangible inheritors sat in a row, giving live shows of the traditional Chinese artistries.

Gao Meng, a tea art specialist at the Wu Yu Tai -- a tea shop with a hundred-year history -- demonstrated the Chinese tea culture and offered taste samples.

Xie Yanhua, a handicraft master at the Beijing Enamel Factory Co., Ltd, introduced the 600 year-history of the Chinese intangible heritage cloisonné enamel, one of the most unique Beijing traditional handicrafts.

"Jing" embroidery, one of the top four embroideries of China, and the craft of inside- snuff-bottle-painting were demonstrated in a lively manner at the exhibition.

Visitors from various countries learned a lot about Beijing traditional culture and some even learned how to say "Jing Tai Lan" in Chinese. The live shows attracted more people from other nations to fall in love with Beijing culture.

It was announced that another Charming Beijing Exhibition is planned for the end of September 2017 in Beijing. Artists from Central and Eastern Europe, forming a part of the exhibition, will be invited to participate.
