On August 26, the second session of Beautiful China & Cross-sectoral Expedition, a large series of ecological activities, held a news conference in Beijing.

It was announced that a seven-day cross-sectoral expedition, from September 6 to 12, will be launched in Xishui county, Guizhou province. It will include five routes---two professional scientific investigation routes and three others for ecological culture, treasure hunting and natural scenery. Nearly 30 well-known zoologists, botanists, geologists, photographers and other outdoor experts have confirmed their attendance. Reporters from 30 media outlets will follow the team to deliver real-time interviews.
