With accurate information, convenient access and efficient administration, smart archives management based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) has been promoted in eight provinces and municipalities in China.

Beijing Ruiyun Archives Management Co Ltd inputs the archives’ information into the RFID chip, upgrading the efficiency of archival storage, search and access. In addition, when logged on to the RFID smart archives management cloud platform, customers can check the archived information, and receive it at home through document retrieval instructions.

The RFID technology has been applied to information, manufacturing, materials and other fields. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tung Kong Security Printing Co Ltd, Ruiyun Archives was established last year and mainly engages in storage of building archives, archive management, and archival digital processing.

Ruiyun Archives has set up RFID storerooms in provinces and cities including Beijing, Jinan, Shanghai and Guangzhou. It also boasts 32 offices in 30 cities. The company has been a provider for the State Archives Administration of China, the Beijing Municipal Office SAT, China Pacific Insurance Company (CPIC), Taikang Life Insurance Co Ltd, and other organizations.
