Zhongguancun Science-tech Leasing Company stood out from over 1,500 companies of its kind, and was awarded "the annual best financial leasing company" at an award ceremony of Chinese financing institutions, which was held in Beijing on Dec 26.
As the first science and technology leasing company in China, Zhongguancun Science-tech Leasing Company aims to promote the integration of science and finance and help entrepreneurs realize their dreams by setting up a financing platform, innovating lease products, improving the financing environment for middle and small-sized enterprises, developing advantages in leasing tools and concentrating on providing efficient financial services and solutions for equipment leasing for science and technology enterprises. So far, it has signed 138 projects with a total budget of 2.48 billion yuan ($399 million).
This award represents the high recognition of authorities in the domestic financial industry for the company's performance over the past year. It also encourages the company to innovate its business in the next stages, providing more and better services for the science and technology enterprises and make greater contributions to the development of the real economy, high-tech enterprises and the leasing industry.
