Lagou.com, founded by Xu Dandan and his partners, is a website that focuses on recruitment in the IT industry. Lagou.com is different because it doesn't help enterprises look for applicants but helps IT personnel choose a job.
The website won the first round investment of $5 million half year after it was launched. Now it covers nearly 40,000 enterprises and has 1 million registered resumes. It has helped over 300,000 people find the right position. Now the company valuation exceeds $150 million.
