South Korean officials visit Zhongguancun

Over 40 officials from South Korea's Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP), led by Minister Choi Yang-hee of MSIP, visited the Zhongguancun Exhibition Center in Beijing on Dec 19.

Accompanied by Yang Jianhua, deputy director of the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, the group visited many exhibition areas covering 3D printing technology, integrated circuits, new generation of information technology, intelligent terminals and models. Yang introduced outstanding enterprises in Zhongguancun, such as Baidu, Lenovo and Xiaomi to visitors, as well as its pilot policies and innovation entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Minister Choi Yang-hee spoke highly of Zhongguancun Science Park and hoped that South Korea and China could further enhance exchanges and cooperation in science and technology so as to promote mutual development.
